A master plan mixed use creative community

In partnership with the non-profit Arts and Business Council of Greater Nashville, the project focuses on creating and preserving affordable housing for artists and their families, serving as a vibrant creative hub. Located along the Dickerson Pike corridor, Artist Lofts will offer market-rate finishes, artist focused amenities, and educational opportunities to empower residents and create social equity. Incorporating sustainability and Universal Design principles, including Enterprise Green Communities standards and solar panels, this development promises a healthy living environment at accessible price points.

Nashville’s high cost of housing and commercial spaces is pushing young workers, creative talent, artists, and future community leaders out of the city. Limited Affordable Housing Options: Nashville's creative talents face a shortage of affordable living spaces. Spaces that Inspire: Artists often struggle to find conducive work environments. Cultivating Innovation: The demand for a creative ecosystem is more urgent than ever.
